Residential property management is a leading job which is evolving rapidly but it is being weighed

down by massive administrative tasks still handled manually. Hence there is a need to develop a computerbased

management system that can eliminate the challenges faced in this sector and guarantee that work

performed will be efficient and effective. The aim of this study is to propose a computer-based management

system in residential property management where it can overcome the determined challenges.
